These are work product samples of my prior work on a FEMA/DOJ project to develop a national model for the clinical psychology assessment of juvenile firesetting behavior.  Dr. Fineman was the content consultant, I was the Clinical Director leading protocol development, Dr. Patterson was an organizational development psychologist integrating the assessment protocol into the fire agencies.
